Walk-In Clinic Hours: Monday to friday - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Sundays & Holidays - Closed The Prime Care Family Health Team operates an After-Hours Walk-In Clinic that is open to all patients of the Prime Care Family Health Team who need urgent care due to the sudden onset of symtoms. No appointment is needed. The last patient is registered at 7:45 p.m. on weekdays and at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. Please bring your health card and inform the receptionist if your address, phone number or health card version code has changed. If you require non-urgent care please call your physician's office during regular daytime office hours to book an appointment. Prescription refills, preop exams, or form completions are not services provided at the After-Hours Walk-In Clinic.
