Tiny Tots
This group education program is designed to encourage optimal growth and development by providing support to parents and their growing families. Through various topics, including general nutrition, the transition to solid foods, allergies, weaning and making your own baby food, parents will learn about some of the key components involved in supporting a child’s healthy growth and development. In addition to gaining access to knowledge, skills, and supports, participants will also make connections with other parents/caregivers within the local community.
