Living with Diabetes
Living healthy with diabetes requires the active participation in one’s own health and wellness. This program provides education, practical skills, inspiration and support for those living with diabetes to confidently manage their day-to-day health. Through daily management, minimizing symptoms, and preventing or treating complications, patients can experience an improved and healthy quality of life.

Join us on our Wednesday Walks as we explore the walking trails in a variety of Milton neighbourhoods and Halton Conservation areas. Wednesday Walks will give you the opportunity to embrace nature with a walk that provides health benefits and can lead to healthy lifestyle choices.
Walking is a prescription that can help to improve your physical health, mental health, and provide social benefits.

Introducing Solid Foods
Your babies nutritional needs change as they grow.
Join us for our Tiny Tots sessions, if you are interested in learning how and when to introduce solid foods, as well as tips, facts and helpful information.
This class targets babies from 4-9 months of age.

Yogic exercises have been shown to have positive effects on people with asthma, cardiac diseases, diabetes, depressive disorders and arthritis. Yoga training also helps patients to breathe more deeply by utilizing the shoulder, thoracic, and abdominal muscles efficiently.
Join our Respiratory Therapist/Certified Yoga Teacher for our information session to find out more about how Yoga can help benefit you! In this 10-week program
(2 sessions/week), you will practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to support you in managing your condition.

Anxiety Management Group
Does your anxiety affect your ability to cope or function at work, home or in relationships? The Anxiety Management Group, facilitated by our Mental Health Counsellors, is CBT-based and designed to help people understand anxiety, build skills to help manage it, and work toward changing their beliefs and behaviours about worry.
